What is your reservation deposit policy?
Deposits are refundable minus the equivalent of one night stay if reservation is cancelled at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged full rental charges for time reserved.
Do your camp sites have electricity, water and septic hookups?
Yes! We have full hookups with electricity, water and septic. Electric service at our sites is 50/30/20 amp.
Is there cell service at the campground?
Yes, however it can vary depending on the carrier and your location within the park. We have found that Verizon and T-Mobile have the best coverage in our area but have had success with other national and regional carriers.
Do you have WIFI?
No, but we do offer unlimited band-with to immerse yourself in the outdoors. In all seriousness, we do understand that internet access is part of our everyday experience these days. However, we are a wifi free zone. The service in our area is sporadic at best, and we have chosen not to check the box of “WIFI available” if we can’t provide a reliable connection. We personally use our cell phone hotspot when we work or stream music and movies.
