1. Hidden Waters RV Park & Campground is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible, financial or otherwise, for accident or injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

2. Please note our cancellation policy: Deposits are refundable minus the equivalent of one night stay if reservation is cancelled at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged full rental charges for time reserved.

3. Check In 1:00 PM ET; Check Out 11:00 AM ET

4. If the camping site is left in an unacceptable manner, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to the guest's invoice.

5. Excessive drinking, profane language and illegal drugs will not be tolerated.

6. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of other guests. Violations will result in your removal from the campground and no refund given.

7. Pet owners assume full responsibility, financial or otherwise, for all injuries and/or damage caused by their pet.

8. Guests will assume financial responsibility for any and all damages they cause.

9. All guests agree to read and comply with all of Hidden Waters RV Park & Campgrounds Rules and Regulations. Upon signing this registration form, I acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Rules and Regulations, agree to follow them and hold Hidden Waters RV Park & Campground harmless of any and all accidents, injuries, losses, and damages of any sort or kind, even death.

10. By accessing the property all guests agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
